lip tints typically lasts between 2-3 years
retention and lifetime of the lip tint will depend on how well the client follows the after care instructions and how the client's body retains the ink
the tint will gradually fade overtime
*** lifetime varies by client because every client's body is different
the first session that you do should last 2 weeks to 1 month
the second session you do should last 3 to 6 months
*** lifetime varies by client because every client's body is different
note that there will be numbing during lip blush sessions!
the pain is most definitely bearable
as with any tattoo, there will be some level of discomfort/pain
every person handles pain differently, but personally I would say it's more uncomfortable than it is painful
if you cannot handle pain at all, i would recommend taking Tylenol before your appointment (no ibuprofen (Advil) or aspirin (Aspirin, Ecotrin) which are blood thinners)
*** every person's pain tolerance is different
do not expect dramatic results. this is a lip tint and the color pigment will fade 50% lighter after the treatment area is fully healed and the process is fully completed
lip blush process
day 1 - your lips may be a little swollen from the procedure
day 2 - your lips will be swollen, if not more swollen than day 1
day 3-7 - your lips will begin scabbing (do not pick at them)! it's pretty minimal
weeks 2-3 - the pigment from the procedure will disappear and it will seem as if you never got your lips done
weeks 3-6 - the pigment will gradually come back to life!
weeks 6-8 - you'll receive your touchup session and your lip color will be more pigmented and last longer!
*** if you are prone to cold sores and you did not take any anti-viral medication like I had mentioned in the health clearance and pre-care instructions section, nor did you tell me before the procedure, you will probably get blisters and/or cold sores after the procedure
*** the results will vary per client
the first session is usually more subtle than the sessions after. however, you do still see a difference in your lip moisture and size. some see bigger differences than others.
your lips may be swollen for 1 day

of course! male and female are both welcome!
some say it feels like a rubberband snap
some say it feels less than a rubberband snap
*** every person's pain tolerance is different
yes it will. the results are 50% me and 50% you
note, some bodies might reject the procedures more than others as some skin are thicker and oilier (this was me for both lip blush and my microblading sessions)
*** results will vary in every client
to keep the plumpness- after the first session, you should get it redone within 2-3 weeks. after the second session, you should get it redone within 3 months
of course you can! after the treatment area is fully healed, you can still rock your favorite lip colors if you prefer to. however, you won't need to after the lip blush treatment. you'll be able to wake up with fuller, more vibrant lips!
